The reorganization of the unit causes some morale problems among the veteran detectives - especially the territorial Pembleton, who clashes with some of the new additions to the force. An apparent murder causes tremendous turmoil when it discovered that the victim worked for one of Baltimore's most prominent men, Felix Wilson who also happens to be a close personal friend of Lt.Giardello. Lewis requests a change of partners, leaving Kellerman once again dazed and confused.
